lotesseHow did I not know that "The Mask of Zorro" was written by Ted Elliot and Terry Rossio, aka the writers of PotC? It explains so much. Like my twelve-year-old self's passionate adoration of the former.Watched it again last night. Realized that I still love it with embarrassing intensity. Shiny! And Antonio Banderas! And swordfights--that I so totally i.d.'ed as the work of Bob Anderson.

shala4 has links to the first part of the animated Narnia on YouTube. I had never seen this before. I am now unbelievably terrified. For those of you wishing to torment yourselves...
The Boy and I signed up for Netflix yesterday, something we've been meaning to do for a while. There's no movie rentals within walking distance of us here, so we spent last term watching old favorites over and over. Which is fine, but I could use some variety. Or some Supernatural--Season 1 is the top of my queue, baby. I want my show to come baaaack! Five more days till "Hunted".
