How important is love? Is it the most important thing in a life? Or does it not matter that much? The poets and writers tell you that love is everything, the pragmatics say that there's more to life than boys, and I can't think of anything else. He's every thought, every breath, every dream.

School? What school? Even the textbooks have all become love stories.

But can't security be a part of romantic love?

I don't think that the first flush of love is such a great thing. Sure, it feels nice, but it's essentially unstable. But perhaps love that outlasts that becomes security.
