Yes, that is in fact a Golden Compass movie for 2007. Yes, it does in fact say that Pullman is writing the screenplay. Squee! While I don't love HDM as I love some books, and while Pullman is frankly not sane when it comes to my own beloved Lewis, still. This gonna be shiny.

Lovely creepy atmospheric fic that picks up the most astounding details and runs with them in completely original directions. This fic shows perfectly what can be done with Narnia once you stop thinking of it as all sweetness and light, and I love it.
