William Godwin is ever so irritating, and I don't want to read any more of his bloody books.

It's a rainy, Jonah-sort of day. I think I shall loll about in bed and listen to audiobooks and write fic. I just picked up a fabulous recording of Eloise McGraw's "The Moorchild," done by someone with the proper accent. It was one of my favorites as a kid, and I love it still. Changelings yay!

And it's got one of those wonderful half-thought childish romances that come on the very edge of adolescence and it's there but you don't quite know how to name it yet. I love reading about those. There's something so delicate and fragile and sweet about them.

Am very tempted to write fic. About Moorchild. Because am already writing fic about Narnia--new Caspian/Lucy stuff should be done soon. I write much more when class is boring.
