Why did no one tell me that Lucy Lawless, Rob Tapert, and Sam Raimi are all involved in a new "History, what history? Just go for the sex!" tv show?! This is the best news I've had all week!

I was excited too, but early reports say it's awful, and misogynistic, and homophobic. So ... don't get your hopes up too high, is what I'm saying.

I still am going to have to check it out for myself - my affection for La Lawless is too intense for me not to. Thanks for the warning, though. There's nothing worse than walking into patriarchy with your eyes shut.
