Yo peeps,

any recommendations for a good, non-patriarchal period tracker app? I need to download one for D., for medical reasons -- I have really heavy anxiety/depression in the 1-2 days prior to starting bleeding, and I think he needs to know a little bit more about when that's coming, so that it can not be so scary -- and I want something that's not too flowers-and-babies, you know?

The Clue app is pretty great and straightforward.

Yeah, I use Clue as well, and I have no complaints.

Spot On from Planned Parenthood was recommended to me. I haven't tried it yet, so I can't tell you if it's good/bad/whatever. The person who rec'd it really liked it, though. Apparently it tracks all sorts of things, like mood, cravings, etc.

I plan on giving it a try once I clean up my phone.

Good luck.
