From the BBC:

Caspian to be second Narnia movie

The CS Lewis novel Prince Caspian will be the second film in The Chronicles of Narnia series following the success of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

William Moseley, Anna Popplewell, Skandar Keynes and Georgie Henley will return as the Pevensie children, with filming due to begin in the autumn.

"If we don't make it now we'll never be able to, because they'll be too old," said director Andrew Adamson.

Narnia topped the worldwide box office for the fourth week in a row this week.

Yayeness.

*squees happily*

I love Prince Caspian. So about recovering magic that's been lost. Also, Caspian/Edmund, yay! Or Caspian/Peter. Or, for the perverse, Caspian/Miraz. Or, for the very perverse, Trumpkin/Reepicheep.

I've never read the books, although I might try to before the second one comes out.

So there's a bunch of new characters, then?
