Despite the fact that I felt really crappy and tired and anxious and agoraphobic today, I:

-checked my email
-answered lots of emails, some of them scary ones
-graded fifteen student essays
-went to choir practice

note to self: this is not nothing. for tomorrow, on top of your five hours of student conferences:
-pay tuition
-check snailmail
-go to contradance

and you'll be doing just fine.
