Faramir

There's this idea floating around, due in whole to the films, that in the text of The Lord of the Rings Faramir is a static character who has no journey or development arc. This, I would argue, is not the case.

I'm such a wibble. No, but really, the six-minute RotK EE preview is the most bloody incredible thing ever and it made me cry. They're putting in the star scene. You know, the one where Sam sees the white star in Mordor. Of all things I wanted that one scene, and they're putting it back in. Now, dammit! Nooooowwww!

Oh, and a bunch of the titles should have been hyphenated. Who you callin' anal-retentive?
