So one of the things I've been seeing pitched around is the truth that Sam's got an extra 3+ months here. All that darkness and aloneness - he hasn't forgotten it. Oh Sam, they really busted you up bad this week, baby. I really, truly hope that the show doesn't havedwave this the way they handwaved, oh say Madison. Sam lived without Dean, alone and obsessed and vengeful, for months. That sort of thing changes a man. And right now Dean has no fucking idea, but I hope he figures it out, because Sam's had a good long taste now of life without his brother, and I'm guessing his determination to end Dean's deal is going to have skyrocketed. He's lost Dean once. He won't lose him again.

I love my show so damn much there are not even any words for how much.
