Mmmm, I'd heard he was. But then again, I don't read the comics. The finale of Buffy is very pretty and uplifting and sweet, but Joss kind of torpedoed his world with it, and I'm not terribly interested in it anymore.
Noe I have to go reread "Fear and Trembling." It's been too long :)
