There's no really no-brainer choice if you don't have your own server space. I have used YouTube, but that was only for vids with low scores in terms of "how likely is this to get a takedown"? And no matter what you do, it will never be viewable in Germany.

I think a standard at this point (which I have switched to) is to set up a Vimeo account and put it up there as a password-protected vid - you can give people the password on the vid post page. That and leaving the descriptions blank minimizes the chance that they'll TOS you.

I agree about Vimeo, though, I seem to have picked up some kind of spyware from SendSpace. :/
