I just realized that Halloween is in a week. And the big campus Halloween party is Friday, and that's when I need to have a costume by. Okay, going to the Salvation Army tomorrow. I'm going to look for a white dress--there's always a few wedding gowns about, seems like--and depending on what I find I'll wreck it and be the Corpse Bride or wear it with my fab movie-star jacket and a crown and be the White Witch.

I'm the Costume Queen. What was I thinking, leaving everything so last-minute? Now I will have to work all night! The costume must be perfect!
