Taught Luminosity's vid "Vogue" today as an example of working with assumptions - what does the film assume vs. the song, how does the vid productively exploit these tensions, ect. Was fun. Got some giggles from my frosh on the Friday before a paper's due, which is a testament to the vid's power!
